How many guests can stay?
Casa de Legado accommodates up to eight guests across three queen bedrooms and a sofa bed.
What are check-in and checkout times?
The current marketplace listing shows check-in from 3–5 PM and checkout before 11 AM. Your reservation confirmation will contain the final times.
Is the home directly on the beach?
Yes. The home is oceanfront with direct access to the shore and a private deck overlooking the water.
How will direct booking work?
Guesty provides live availability and rates. A direct stay is a Request to Book that requires host approval. Guesty currently states that a guest will not be charged until booking confirmation; payment completion has not been independently tested.
What is the cancellation policy?
Owner-approved direct-booking cancellation and refund terms are not yet published. Do not submit a direct Request to Book unless Guesty displays complete terms you have reviewed. Marketplace reservations remain subject to the policy shown on that marketplace.
Are there security cameras?
The current listing discloses exterior security cameras. There are no cameras in private interior spaces.
